How to sign up? It's very simple, we'll explain:
1. Login to your Steam account
2. Go to the Steam Page
3. Scroll a little lower on the page
4. You will see the banner like below, and click the green button "Request Access"

Congratulations, your request is already in the oven cooking for December 5th!
