A game of Irish myth & legend 🕯

The year is 1847 on Jack Turner's 11th birthday. It is the awful day that his father is lost at sea, and despite great grandma Tess' belief in the power of the dandelion wishes, Jack knows no amount of magic will bring him back — but he tries anyway.

Nothing happens…

In an act of rage, Jack sets in motion a series of events that transports him to the true kingdom of Mourne: a realm half-real, half-imagined that's filled with all manner of fantastical creatures. Jack encounters Cobs, a 437-year old clurichaun (don't call him a leprechaun) who lives alone in a creaky old mansion perched on top of a tree that grows within a tree. Soon Jack learns that his tampering with the long forgotten magic of Mourne has stirred something deep within the heart of the mountains. An ancient wall encircles the center of the Kingdom, a wall that has held strong for centuries, but now the evil it was built to imprison has a plan to escape.

The Nightmares — the deepest fears from the darkest corners of Irish Legend — are being called from their slumber. From the four corners of the Kingdom they come. Their one aim: to tear down the wall and set the Old Ones' Shimnavore free.

In MourneQuest, a 2-4 player cooperative board game based on the novel MourneQuest by Irish author Garry McElherron, heroes Jack, Cobs, and their friends must battle to banish the Nightmares and save the Kingdom of Mourne. As they race towards their goal, they gather power from the land itself, with granite, blackthorn, flax and gold fueling their quest and magical items to boost their skills. But even the BogBeans, the normally elusive faerie folk of the dark forests and marshlands, seem set to block their path.

Together the heroes face an epic struggle to escape the BogBeans, dispel the Nightmares, and finally defeat the Shimnavore.

The team-based storytelling party game!

Tattered Tales is a game that requires players to compete as teams to create stories using a collection of random items to solve a problem.

[previewyoutube][/previewyoutube]
To play a round, players will split into teams and each team is dealt five item cards. A single situation card is revealed for all teams. Players have two minutes to work together in teams to create a story that uses the items to resolve the situation.

Once the time is up, teams take turns telling their stories to the rest of the players. Everybody votes on which story they liked the best (besides their own) and a new round begins with new teams.

After a few rounds, final scoring is calculated and a single player is given the title of Master Storyteller.

A new chapter in Posthuman Saga

Posthuman Saga is a standalone survival game in the Posthuman universe. You play a seasoned member of the Fortress' militia, sent out beyond the defensive perimeter to explore and hopefully reconnect with outposts the Fortress has lost touch with, while searching for scavengable sites along the way. You have to forge across a crumbled land where resources are spare and mutants roam the ruined mansions and forests alike.

[previewyoutube][/previewyoutube]
In your quest to scope out the slave camps, you’ve gone deep into the mutant heartland, further than anyone from the Resistance has been in years. You’ve seen cruelty, horrors and tragedies that will stay with you for the rest of your days. It’s time to let your path take you back home, to the Fortress. It’ll be a long, eventful journey, taking you through uncharted territories. Along the way, you’ll have plenty of occasions to gather intel for the Resistance, help out strangers and allies you meet, strike another crucial blow or two in the war against the mutants, and garner even more renown before you walk back through the Fortress’ gates.

[previewyoutube][/previewyoutube]
Posthuman Saga: The Journey Home adds several new mechanics and more alternate ways of scoring to the base game. Enjoy Posthuman as it was always intended, with more player interaction, evolving narrative missions and a heavier tactical experience.

The Journey Home also adds a lot of new content - pick from 2 new playable characters, recruit new followers, collect more weapons and equipment and fight your way through a nasty bunch of new mutants.
