Map the sky & reach the Moon

AstroNavigators is a board game simulating the celestial mechanics within a space race-themed worker placement game.

[previewyoutube][/previewyoutube]
During the first (astronomer) part of the game, players will be travelling across the Earth in order to complete celestial observations. This way, navigation knowledge (NK) is gathered for the space race endgame. The second (astronaut) part will use knowledge points to tackle technical and navigational obstacles. By efficiently using the on-board lunar telescope, sextant and gyroscope, players will push their luck with their newly acquired and cunning abilities. As an astronomer, players will explore different cultural settings and discover anthropological links with astronomy.

You need to anticipate the moves of other players and take the necessary, yet minimal, risk at the right time. The first able to master all the spaceflight techniques to the Moon and back is likely to become the winner of the game!

Run a steampunk city!

The old Mayor fell between the gears of Steamopolis. Now we need to elect a new one. Of course this can only be someone who knows how to deal with steam power.

You feel that you have the guts to run the city, but so do your opponents, too. Now it is time to prove your talent.

Steamopolis is a huge steampunk city built like a giant skyscraper of gears and pipes. Different levels provide different services and resources. To reach them, players use their steam-driven zeppelins. They plot their courses, heat up the boilers and then take action.

Steamopolis is an engine-building game for 1-4 Players with a fair amount of non-destructive interaction. Optimize your engine, utilize it and max it to prove your worth as the future mayor!

Roll dice and trade your way to a horse!

In My Kingdom For a Horse, players are farmers who set up pastures to breed livestock. Sheep reproduce super fast and easy but are worth almost nothing. Better to trade them for pigs - and trade those for cattle - and trade those for horses. But make sure there are enough pastures to keep them all...

[previewyoutube][/previewyoutube]German-language review

Players start with some sheep and a pig and breed them as efficiently as possible. When it's your turn, you roll some dice, re-roll up to two times, pick one and let the other players choose one of the others. The dice show different actions, like receiving more animals or building fences. This is necessary to build pastures big enough to keep all your animals. Along with these dice, a breeding die is rolled that shows which animal class breeds this turn. Each pair of animals of this kind produces a new one. Animals can be traded for others worth more: Sheep can be traded for a pig, pigs for cattle, and horses.

The first player to have one of each animal is the winner.

Plan a transport route to the Brookwood Necropolis.

London, 1849. The cholera epidemic of the last two years has overrun the city’s ability to inter the dead. A new cemetery must be built to handle the needs of London for the indefinite future, outside of the city limits - far enough away that growth won’t be an issue. The only way to transport the deceased and their loved ones to the cemetery is by train. This new system needs to be designed and you and your fellow planners have been tasked with submitting proposals. In London Necropolis Railway, the most successful design will be awarded the contract by the city and your name will be listed among the great planners of history.

Each turn, you will choose a card and take the 2 associated action discs. You will then activate 1-3 of the actions on the card, spending the discs of the matching colors, to improve your London Terminus, the Brookwood Necropolis, and/or the Railway that connects the two. You will need to manage your money, your staff, and make sure you can keep pace with your improvements in each section. In addition, you can spend action discs to improve the prestige of your system, in order to gain more points for your London improvements.

Points come primarily from two areas: how prestigious you’ve made the London Terminus and how well you’ve filled the Necropolis. After 12 rounds, the player with the most points wins.
