The NDA
Regarding the NDA:
1. User must be at least 18 years old to participate.
2. The NDA protects our Intellectual Property, very standard in the entertainment and games industries.
3. The NDA protects our right to embargo the release of features and material, very standard with press and influencer marketing agreements.
We are not forcing anyone to sign, however signing is necessary to gain access to the Closed Beta. In the meantime, you are welcome to play the Live Branch, Open Beta, and Experience Build.
