New Internal Feedback Response Tool

Now that we've passed a MAJOR milestone with the Experience Branch update, we are now entering a new phase of development which will allow us to be more present on progress, tasks, and project scope. Many of you are already using our in game Feedback Report system, and we encourage you to do so. It is THE BEST way to connect directly with the development team on gameplay related comments and issues that arise during your play sessions. However, for the past few months we have been laser focused on getting this round of updates out and did not really have a way to respond to these comments, besides going directly to our PHPMyAdmin account and editing the database directly, which is extremely time consuming and took us away from development progress. So we needed to find a solution.

Over the weekend we created a new internal app that allows us to pull down your comments and allows us to very easily and quickly reply, complete with hooks for Trello so that you can see where we are with each comment or bug report, follow the progress on Trello, and track our development. We think this might be the best way to show transparency in our progress while keeping our pipeline swift. Of course, the best benefit to this is we will have a very clear indication of what is working and what is not and allows a deeper connection to us and out players.
