we have first hotfix for update 1.3.0.1 for PC version of the game. List of changes below:

Fixed:

• Missing gunner reticle for IS-2
  
• Error in Hellcat config that disallowed full assembly
  
• Removed screws in KT wheels that caused Wheel Cap A error
