As the year comes to an end, we wanted to step out from behind the castle gates and say a huge thank you to everyone who has been following Gate Guard Simulator, wishlisting it, talking about it, and generally supporting us from the shadows like true medieval conspirators.[/p][p][/p][p]Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year to you all. May your papers always be valid, your seals authentic, and your coffins never suspiciously heavy.[/p][p]We also wanted to share a small but very important milestone for us: 30,000 wishlists. Gate Guard Simulator was announced not that long ago, and seeing so much interest already is both exciting and a little surreal. Your support, curiosity, and trust mean more to us than we can properly put into words.[/p][p]![]()
[/p][p][/p][p]We are incredibly excited about what’s coming next. The game is still very much in development and not quite ready yet, but our goal for early 2026 is to open the gates for our very first playtest. Right now, we’re focused on polishing the core ideas and making sure the experience truly captures the spirit of Gate Guard Simulator. We’ll survive the holidays, come back from the break, keep refining things, and as soon as it’s ready, we’ll invite you in. We’ll keep you posted every step of the way.
