A Legendary Translator is Joining the Project!
[p]Will from CharacterBank Inc., here.[/p][p]Today I wanted to talk about the story of Knights of Fiona and reveal some juicy information.[/p][p]Fans of JRPG know a good translation from a mediocre one. We felt that the world of Gallia was super important to get right in tone, so we looked back to the games we grew up with. After scouring the credits of some of my most beloved games, we found that one person was a constant star among them, and decided to reach out and shoot our shot. After showing the trailer to them, and reviewing the project we were able to have this all star translator join the project.[/p][p]We are pleased to announce that Nob Ogasawara, the English translator for games like Pokemon, Dragon Quest, Yakuza and so many others will be translating Knights of Fiona![/p][p]![]()
[/p][p]“It's been a great honor and a ton of fun working on this sprawling epic replete with grand adventure, epic battles, spellbinding narratives, nefarious betrayals, loyal friendships, devoted romance, and so much more.” said Nob. “I really enjoyed myself; I hope you do, too.”[/p][p][/p][p]Nob has done an amazing job with the story of Knights of Fiona, and I’m excited to share more with everyone in the future.[/p][h3]Without further ado, here are our new stretch goals![/h3][p]Our funding goals are set in Japanese Yen (JPY). The USD amounts shown in the images are estimates based on exchange rates from early February 2026 and are subject to fluctuation! We'll post updates throughout the campaign. Diversity in combat is key. Reaching this goal allows us to design and texture an entirely new class of weapons. We will let backers vote on which weapon type they want to see added to the loot pool![/p][p]![]()

The request we hear most: "Bring Knights of Fiona to PlayStation!" At this milestone, we will develop a dedicated PS VR2 version.
