Demo Hotfix – Steam Launch Options & -windowed Mode Fixed

- [p]Fixed an issue where using Steam launch options (such as [c]-windowed[/c]) would lower the resolution while incorrectly keeping the game in fullscreen mode.[/p]
- [p]Fixed an issue with customer interactions.[/p]
