Coming Spring 2016 - Undo the knot and retie it by falling in love again.
Hi all, after reading the reviews we’ve come to a few conclusions about the feedback for the game and wanted to share some exciting news for you:
We think a lot of people were mislead by our term “semi-kinetic”. We really meant it in the sense that your conversation choices do have different effects but essentially you would walk through the same story. In hindsight we should have just called it a “kinetic novel” and we apologise for any confusion. We have changed the description in the blurb to make it all clearer.
With this in mind, we have decided to make a dating sim version of the game! It will appear as an additional branch option after you start the game. The story will vary quite a bit from the original one in the kinetic version, but we think players will enjoy the new and more interactive version of it. Also the "match 3 element” might be taken out as players will have already had their fill of it in the kinetic novel version. Expected release will be in Spring 2016.
So for now please do just enjoy the game as the kinetic novel with a casual “match 3” game, to keep the story together, and for those of you who were wanting a more dating sim style game, the new version will be out soon!
