Salvation Denied Playtest Starts Today

Salvation Denied is a chaotic co-op construction sim for 1–4 players, where a crew of small yellow construction robots tries to build massive structures with heavy machinery, strange gadgets, and barely controlled teamwork.
At the center of the game is a fully physics-driven building system. Every block has real weight, every support matters, and one bad decision can bring the whole structure down. You can play solo, but the game truly shines in co-op, where players scramble across unstable builds, throw parts into place, improvise last-second fixes, and try to keep everything standing just a little longer.

Both are viable. It really depends on how you want to play. You can absolutely enjoy the game solo. It becomes a more controlled, personal challenge where you manage everything yourself and learn the systems at your own pace.
That said, the game is designed around co-op, and it really shines when played with others. The coordination, shared problem-solving, and chaotic moments are a big part of what makes the experience special.
So yes, solo works, but the game feels most alive when you play with friends.
The open Steam playtest is live now and will run for one week, from March 25 to March 31. The full game is planned to launch in Fall 2026 on PC via Steam, followed by PS5 and Xbox Series X in 2027.
