As you probably already know, next week we are boarding a pirate ship and heading to the ninja-filled Yokai Isle. Hope you are as excited as we are... it is the first area to use our new 3D sound system.

Just kidding. We're improving your character with new shading and geometry tweaks. We are also improving the game's interface and SoundFX.

We've joked for years about our gag food pyramid above. But if you're feeling like you've been hit by a debuff and want to min/max your real-life character stats, here is a strategy guide:
1. Drink more water.
Coffee & energy drinks won't work unless enough water is already in you. Water is like a buff for your buffs.
2. Eat more green stuff.
Veggies, not the moldy thing you unearthed in the back of the fridge.
3. Stretch
Google-fu some routines. The benefits of a 15 minute stretch with proper breathing can rival some gym workouts.
If you are not already doing them, these 3 little actions can buff any gamer's drive, focus, and reflexes. At least that is what Glisel tells me every time she reminds me to drink more water. >_> And if I have to do it... you should too! Join me O_O
