A Wraithmancer enhances their magic by using energy from the spirits of whatever is around them. At the most basic level they can draw energy from spirit beings like wraiths, ghouls, ghosts, etc... but at the height of their power... a Wraithmancer can draw the life force out of living creatures if they so choose.

Look for Stabatha Heartless upstairs in the Tower of Necromancy lobby to begin your rank quests.

At level 18 you can begin learning from Stabatha Heartless what it takes to be a Wraithmancer by earning ranksin the Tower of Necromancy. Rank up and build the complete armor set. Stabatha also offers Daily Quests to help you gather additional Wraith's Essence to rank up faster. Complete all of the ranks to unlock the full Wraithmancer set and the title "WraithLord".

You can now unlock ShadowSlayer X in the Darkovia saga to access new ShadowSlayer ranks. Rank up to unlock ShadowSlayer W's dark armor set and a new Daily Bounty Hunt quest.

Unlock ShadowSlayer X in the Darkovia saga to access the new ShadowSlayer II Rank Quests. Reaching ShadowSlayer Adept II rank unlocks the Daily Bounty Hunt quest. The new ranks and new ShadowSlayer items require a new Token called "Monstrous Blood" which is dropped off different bosses in the Darkovia areas (both outdoor and Dungeon Bosses). The Daily Bounty Hunt quest awards Fangs, Blood Fangs, and Monstrous Blood to help you rank up faster.



[h2]Earn ShadowSlayer W's Armor Set[/h2]

Unlock ShadowSlayer X in the Darkovia saga to begin earning ShadowSlayer W's level 31 armor. Unlike the other sets in the ShadowSlayer shop, ShadowSlayer W's set is fully cosmetic... but that's because you can earn powerful level 31 gear as you collect Monstrous Blood tokens.

[h2]Meanwhile... behind the scenes[/h2]

This week, we are doing our yearly "BIG UNITY UPGRADE". This is where we update all of the code, files, art, animation, maps, and, well, everything to the newest "long term support" version of Unity. It is a massive task and possibly one of the hardest things we do each year. It is also an important one. This is how we keep the game's code base up to date and also gain access to new tools and features from Unity. Sometimes people forget that we do not just build one set of things. We have different versions of everything for each platform: PC, Mac, iOS, and Android. We have farm of computers at the lab which we call the "cloud builder". It is pretty smart. When we create a new item, we send it to the cloud builder and it creates a version for each device using all of the right settings. So we will be using that to update every item to the newest version of Unity. Meanwhile, a massive bug hunt is underway as we make sure all of our code works. (Spoiler: It never does.) The next version of AdventureQuest 3D will be our shinest new one yet!

Also, we have put the petal to the metal on the Sandsea. You have have seen some of our art sneak peeks on social media. I will post a bunch of new ones for you here this week to see the maps and new monster races. Until then, ShadowSlayer W's wicked looking black shadowslayer armor set is up for grabs.

Complete the vampire & werewolf filled Darkovia Saga and reach level 31 before searching for Wolfwing's hidden lair. It is somewhere within Darkovia forest.

In this epic clash, you and other heroes will have to work together to overcome the Werepyre’s devastating powers, as he unleashes the full might of his Vampire and Werewolf abilities on you! Try to stay alive during the battle, or you’ll have to fight your way back to the arena. Also, during the fight, keep an eye out for any glowing seals that appear. The seals are ShadowSlayer X's way of evening the odds during the battle, though you'll want to run over to them quickly before it's too late...
