Update notes for 9.9.12

🤠 Howdy Governors!

We're excited to bring you the latest update for Governor of Poker 3, focusing on Quality-of-Life improvements:

• Deals Train: The stampcard (if not yet completed) is now also available in the deals train! We have also added new sound effects to give it the love it deserves.
  
• Age Verification: We have made some interface changes for better communication towards first-time players (only new installs will get this).
  
• Performance Improvements: Various underlying optimizations for smoother gameplay during poker.
  
• Steam Specific: Decreased the app download size back to normal.
  
• Bug fixes: We have squashed a bunch of annoying bugs here and there. If you spot any, be sure to let us know!
