Valve Index Patch hotfix is now live

Hello,

Some of you reported unwanted behavior of the Vive and Valve Index setups. We've taken a look into it and applied some fixes to help you get back in the game in no time.

• Vive/Valve Index tested on the new build, and the result is positive
  
• Index Knuckles offset now fixed
