Lord of Rigel April Community Update

Greetings Lords of Rigel!

While last month introduced the galaxy outliner, a new leader has been introduced to LoR.

Created during the era of the first galactic council by the Rigelans, Shin is a "GNN bot" who became dedicated to dismantling the hegemony of the Rigelans over the galaxy. Focusing on his core programming to find the truth wherever it lies, they became a spymaster but also share hyperspace communications technology.

Additionally, some minor optimizations to AI and turn processing have been implemented which should improve performance for some systems.

What is planned next?
Content updates are planned to continue until August. Expect a new technology. Towards August an Ironman mode will be introduced (manual saving disabled) and "1999 mode" the achievement for beating a game on impossible with ironman mode on.
