QOL- Skirmish mode persistently saves settings between game sessions (saved in persistent settings)

Lord of Rigel September Community Update

[p]Greetings Lords of Rigel! Release 1.12 is the September update and includes the culmination of performance optimizations and refactoring of the diplomacy AI and the addition of a requested quality of life improvement of adding treaty, relationship, and personality information to the audience screen.[/p][p][/p][p]Image 1. Audience menu quality of life improvements[/p][p][/p][p]We appreciate the feedback from players this month as some of the optimizations had unintended impacts on diplomacy data in older save files which have been resolved. A goal has been to keep compatibility with Lord of Rigel post-early access save files but sometimes data changes can have unintended outcomes. We appreciate your patience with the hotixes. Overall, these changes should help increase performance for some systems.[/p][p][/p][p]Image 2. Beware the warp kraken eating diplomatic messages[/p][p][/p][p]What's planned next? There's been some great quality of life suggestions on the forums and ideas for some alternative game modes. GNN appears before research menu opens for derelict and serendipity events[/p][p]Most AI counter proposals when accepted or rejected will no longer close audience screen.[/p][p]Hiring hero tooltip adjusted to be consistent with purchasing production.[/p]

Release 1.11 Hotfix #2

Change Log:
Critical- Fix for hotkeys that caused softlocks for some systems. Issue was tied to garbage collection of UIs on some systems and UIs slated for deletion were capturing inputs.

Fix for rare case of population boom events applying boom while population assignments are changed
