VRChat 2019.2.3

Hello everyone! We've just released VRChat 2019.2.3, build number 791. You should restart Steam to get the latest update, and ensure you're not on any beta branches.

This release includes:
  • Valve Index Controller support with finger tracking! It is very important that if you plan on using Valve Index Controllers (including Knuckles prototypes) that you read our patch notes regarding bindings. We also have a detailed page on our Index Controller bindings in our documentation.
  • Gesture Toggle to disable/enable Gesture Overrides on the fly! Only available for Valve Index Controllers at this time.
  • Further optimizations and work on Networked IK, voice, and other systems
  • Advanced Settings in the Settings Menu that allows you to clear your cache and local preference store

VRChat 2019.1.4

Hello everyone! We've just released VRChat 2019.1.4, build number 735. You should restart Steam to get the latest update, and ensure you're not on any beta branches.

This release includes:
  • Dynamic Bone Limitation system. Use this system to limit the number of Dynamic Bones on an avatar, and customize your limits with a configuration change. Read more about this system in our docs or in our recent Blog post.
  • Changes to our Notification system to speed up sending/receiving notifications
  • You can now search Community Labs worlds as long as you've opted-in for Community Labs at least once

VRChat 2019.1.3

Hello everyone! We've just released VRChat 2019.1.3, build number 721. You should restart Steam to get the latest update, and ensure you're not on any beta branches.

This release includes VRChat Community Labs, a new way to get your worlds out quickly into public view! Opt into Community Labs to view the latest worlds that creators have submitted. You can read more about VRChat Community Labs in our blog post.

In order to upload content to Community Labs, you'll need our new SDK, available on the VRChat Home site.
