3DF Zephyr 3.1 is finally out!

-New texturing algorithm for sharper, cleaner texture and faster generation, alongside a new texture generation dialog.

-Added RAW file processing (.CR2, .NEF, etc) support

-Improved speed and quality of stereo voting phase and photoconsistency mesh optimization

-Added 4k screen resolution native support

-Added Point cloud decimation through points distance

-New 3DF Masquerade 1.400 bundled with Zephyr (exports also towards PNG)

-New online camera database polling method, improved camera database

-Improved autocalibration procedure

-Improved presets

+ we have unlocked more features to lite version, previously avilable only on pro and aerial! You can now access the full potential of 3DF Zephyr's technology with the advanced and custom settings and much more!

We’re happy to announce that 3DF Zephyr 3.0 is almost ready to ship! While we iron out the last remaining bugs and finish polishing the newest features, why don’t you help us out testing our latest build?

As usual, all technology improvements are common to all Zephyr’s flavors, and that obviously includes 3DF Zephyr Lite and Steam Edition. Enjoy the new faster global structure from motion pipeline, the new Mesh photo-consistent optimization and every other tweak we made under the hood! The 3.0 update will be free for all existing steam users!

A special announcement for our 3DF Zephyr Lite (both standard users and Steam) users :

- Advanced mode added to Zephyr Lite/Steam Edition 3.0

We feel that many Lite users can benefit a lot from our advanced settings (until now available only to Pro and Aerial users), so Lite versions are no longer locked to “preset mode” only. Enjoy more control over your reconstruction process!

3DF Zephyr 2.600 is now available for download! Your steam client will automatically download this update, as usual!

Among the many improvements and bugfixes, we're very happy to announce that now Zephyr Lite has the following features:

+ .fbx export for an easier, Steam VR development
+ mesh import with custom UV mapping
+ match viewer
+ new x-y axis aligment tool

Many technology improvements and bugfixes found their way in this new major update!
