Announcing the Holiday Karol Fanfic Contest

Take up your sharpest, most trustworthy pen and a fresh sheet of foolscap. Stoke the fire just so! The season is upon us, and so we call upon you, faithful player, to regale us all with a tale of a glorious Kritika holiday.

That is to say, in plain, non-Dickensian English: We’re having a fanfic contest!Give us your best holiday-themed short fiction set in the world of Kritika Online?, and you could win game Kred and street cred!

Just submit your work of original short fiction—seriously: short; we’re talking 1,000 words or less—to [email protected] by noon (PST) on Wednesday, December 20, and after a short review period, we’ll read the winning stories live on Twitch later that same day!

And if your holiday-themed fanfic is one of the winning entries, you’ll also be receiving a seasonal bounty of Yuletide Kred:

• 1st Place: 3,000 Kred
• 2nd Place: 2,000 Kred
• 3–5th Place: 1,000 Kred
