Notice to known issues and compensation on Kritika:REBOOT
Hello, this is Kritika:REBOOT.
We share about found two issues.
1. Card collect level didn't be stored.
2. Autobattle didn't store the battle record.
About issue #1: Card collecting level will be stored in normal. And we will compensate double amounts of card used to a player based on usage before issue has been solved. The compensation will bestow from November 20th afternoon.
About issue #2: Our dev team do checking, and it will be fixed through next update. And we will compensate follow item to all players about this issue also.
- Item: Premium Service (3 days)
- Date: November 20th ~ 25th 06:00 PST
- All accounts at connect to server
1) Rewards are distributed to the Event Storage tab in the Delivery Box (shortcut F11).
2) Reward is delivered just once across the account.
