Notice about known issue and fixing

Hello This is Kritika:REBOOT.

After 23th June update, we had an issue that some quest items have unintentional issue and our dev corrected the issue.

To apply for all players, we plan to restart whole channels:
- Date/Time: 17:20 ~ 17:23 (about 5 min / PST)

※ The issue that given Crimson myth gear can't be evolved will be fixed through next maintenance.
