a few minutes ago, we unveiled The 9th Dragon as part of the Future Games Show: Spring Showcase. It's a narrative-driven combat game that takes place in a largely lawless district in Hongkong that became known as the most densely populated place in the world:
Welcome to Kowloon Walled City, 1986.
Step into the shoes of Rookie, the newest member of an elite police commando unit that was sent to Kowloon to dismantle the overflowing criminal structures and liberate the People of the walled City. But it's up to YOU to shape the narrative to go either way - will Rookie be a hero, or not? It all depends on the decisions you make throughout the story.

The 9th Dragon combines tactical fights in tight spaces with dynamic brutal free-style beat ’em up combat as players navigate the gritty neon maze of Kowloon and take down ruthless gang members and powerful kingpins. Explore the city, climb rooftops, move across cables and ziplines, blow open hidden paths, and explore the dense urban maze of Kowloon at its peak.
Because there is not only a lot to discover, but also to collect: Keep your eyes peeled for old comic books to unlock new combat abilities and combo chains. Find lore items, speak to NPCs for clues, and uncover secrets hidden throughout Kowloon Walled City.
