🛠️ NextFest Demo - Optimization Patch
🛠️ NextFest - Optimization Patch
[p]Hello, everyone! We’ve been listening closely to your feedback regarding performance and polish. Today’s update is focused entirely on User Experience (UX) and Technical Optimization. Our goal is to ensure that your journey remains immersive from the first minute to the late game.[/p]
🚀 Performance & Memory Enhancements
[p]We’ve gone under the hood to ensure the game runs leaner and faster, especially during intensive late-game scenarios.[/p]
- [p]Late-Game Stability: Refactored the entity-tracking system to ease CPU overhead, a significant reduction in FPS drops during high-action sequences expected.[/p]
- [p]Smart Memory Management: Improved asset loading/unloading logic to prevent "stuttering" during transitions and reduce overall RAM footprint.[/p]
- [p]Default FPS Cap: To prevent unnecessary GPU strain and provide a more consistent frame time, a frame rate cap is now enabled by default. (Note: This can be adjusted in the Settings menu).[/p]
- [p]SFX Fixes: Resolved an issue where audio buffers would overload, causing sound "breaking" or clipping during chaotic moments.[/p]
- [p]Global Reach: We’ve filled in the gaps! Missing localization strings across several languages have been added to ensure a seamless experience for our international players.[/p]
- [p]The "Jumpy" Coin Fix: We addressed a logic error in the Tween movement for coin collection. Coins will now tween with a smooth, satisfying arc every time.[/p]
- [p]Audio Settings Fix: Some SFX were not effected by volume bars, its fixed now.
