With December upon us, the 2020 holiday season is rapidly approaching. To make the whole month extra enjoyable for you, we’ll be soon launching the first of the events that we have prepared. We call this one Breath of Winter.

The event will activate on December 1, 2 AM CET and you can access it by pressing the Event button in your Garage.

Its rules are very simple (if you participated in the earlier Anniversary Takedown event in September, it works the same).

Every day, complete the daily objective by destroying 5 enemy vehicles in a single PvE battle or 1 player vehicle in PvP in order to receive a reward for every stage of the event. These rewards include:

• Gold and Platinum Loot Crates
• Battle Coin boosters
• Snow animal decals
• Premium Time and more

Once you progress far enough through the event, however, you’ll be able to obtain some unique and truly valuable content, such as:

• Japanese Winter camouflage (Stage 15)
• Frozen Wastelander player avatar (Stage 20)
• Winter Warrior skin for the Type 90 Tier 7 Premium MBT (Stage 25)

The Winter Warrior skin and the Japanese winter camouflage are real life camouflage patterns used by the Japanese military during winter exercises. Especially the skin has long been asked for by many of you and we hope that many of you will be able to obtain it during this event. You can read about the skin and the camouflage in our dedicated article.





Please note:

• This event may run concurrently with other events and is available to all players
• You may only complete one objective per day
• The event starts on December 1 at 2 AM CET
• The event ends on December 31 at 10 AM CET
• No worries, no blueprint Loot Crates in this event
• Yes, there is a second Type 90 skin called Snowstorm available in the game, follow the portal in order not to miss it

The first Special Operations mission of a new series is now available with another piece of the Apocalypse season content coming soon – the Echoes of War Battle Path. Today, we’d like to offer you the opportunity to win the access to it in our newest contest.



As its name suggests, the goal is actually very simple – gather a full team of five players and beat the Plague Special Operation mission on as fast as you can. There will be two categories – one for Tier 7 vehicles and another for Tier 9 vehicles.

Here’s how you can participate:

• Assemble a team of five players (you included) and form a platoon
• Play the Plague Special Operation and record your time until November 30, 23:59 CET
• Submit the result (along with a replay of your attempt) to the dedicated contest channel on Discord (make sure you read the detailed rules below)

There will be two winning teams in this event (one per category – Tier 7 and Tier 9). Each winning team will receive the access to the Echoes of War Battle Path and the Type 90 Tier 7 Premium MBT.

Please note:

• Only one submission per team will be accepted
• Team composition cannot change and are considered locked from the moment of the first submission
• Any changes in composition of a locked team will lead to the affected submissions being disqualified
• Individual players who are already locked in one team cannot participate in this contest as a part of another team, such an attempt will lead to the entire new team’s disqualification (when in doubt, team leaders are advised to make sure their members are not locked with another team already by checking the previous submissions)
• Each team must elect its leader, who will be responsible for submitting any results (submissions from other team members will not be accepted)
• Each submission must therefore include: Team Leader Name, Team Members, Result Screenshot, Result Replay (from any of the team’s members)
• Should two or more teams achieve the same time, the earliest submission takes precedence
• All submitted battles must take place between the publication of this article and November 30, 23:59 CET
• The prizes may be delivered only upon the launch of the Battle Path

Summon its frightening power to bring down the fury of lightning and thunder upon your enemies!

The Thunderbird skin is available for the following vehicles:

• Type 99A2-140 Tier 10 Premium Main Battle Tank
• Altay Tier 10 Premium Main Battle Tank
• Armata 152 Tier 10 Premium Main Battle Tank

Each of them is available separately in our Web Shop in a bundle with the following items:

• 100 Loot Crates containing the parts of its respective vehicle (
• 30 days of Premium Time

Alternatively, all three together are available in a discounted large bundle along with 30 days of Premium Time and 3000 Gold (but without any Loot Crates) in MY.GAMES Market.

Please note:

• In order you need to use a Thunderbird skin, you need to own each respective vehicle
• The vehicles themselves are also available in our Web Shop via their respective Loot Crates, which drop blueprint parts
• You need to combine 100 parts to assemble a Loot Crate vehicle

[h2]BM Oplot[/h2]


The Oplot is a heavily upgraded T-84 Ukrainian Main Battle Tank, which is based on an older design called T-80UD. It is currently the best tank the Ukrainian military industry can offer. You can read more about its history in our dedicated article.

In Armored Warfare, the BM Oplot is a Tier 9 Premium Main Battle Tank with a playstyle similar to the T-80U. Power-wise, it’s roughly on par with the T-90MS of the same Tier, but it has a very unique ability. Its advanced Duplet armor consists of several ERA layers, making it able to negate more than one HEAT shell impact. It takes several precise hits aimed at the same location to break through it, making it a very resistant vehicle on the battlefield.






[h2]M-95 Degman[/h2]


The M-95 Degman is an advanced Croatian prototype MBT, developed during the 1990s and 2000s. It is based on the previous Yugoslavian project, the Vihor MBT, which in turn has its roots in the improved T-72M series produced in former Yugoslavia. You can read more about its history in a dedicated article.



In Armored Warfare, the tank is relatively fast and fairly agile while carrying some potent firepower for its Tier. In fact, its owners can choose from two powerful guns:

• 125mm 2A46 Russian-style smoothbore gun, known from many Russian MBTs
• 120mm CTG NATO-style smoothbore gun that you know from the Challenger 1 Falcon MBT

It’s worth noting that the 120mm shells have higher penetration values and the gun can also fire Falarick ATGMs while the 125mm gun has higher damage per shot. Both guns will feature good handling as well as overall performance to offset the vehicle’s weakness, which is its mediocre armor. The Degman must rely on its mobility and firepower to survive, making it an ideal vehicle for aggressive, daring players.






[h2]Scorpion Kastet[/h2]


This vehicle is basically a commercial modernization of the old Scorpion Light Tank by replacing its original turret with a new one of Ukrainian origin called Kastet. It was designed specifically with the Kingdom of Jordan in mind and was shown to general public in 2016. Unfortunately, it failed to gain any traction and it’s unlikely this vehicle will ever be mass produced. You can learn more about this vehicle in our dedicated article.



In Armored Warfare, the Scorpion Kastet is a Tier 6 Premium Armored Fighting Vehicle. It is one of the deadliest AFVs in the game thanks to the combination of blazing speed, amazing agility, powerful automatic cannon and advanced guided missiles. All these traits make this highly mobile, if somewhat fragile AFV the weapon of choice for many advanced players. who can use it to dance around their opponents, dealing one blow after another.






[h2]MT-LB S8[/h2]


The MT-LB S8 (also called Strela-10 RSZO) was unveiled only recently as the means for Ukraine to combine two items they did not need by themselves in order to use them effectively during the Civil War. The first one, not quite useful to the Ukrainians by itself, is the Strela-10 self-propelled SAM – its deployment is quite limited due to the fact that the separatist forces do not have any air force. The second item is an aircraft or helicopter rocket pod that is used to fire 80mm S-8 unguided rockets. Together, they form an ad-hoc rocket launcher. In Armored Warfare, the MT-LB S8 is a unique Tier 6 Armored Fighting Vehicle. What makes it stand out? Its armament, of course. This AFV does not have a lot of armor, nor is it incredibly fast, but it can fire its two full rocket pods (each has 20 rockets) within 30 seconds or less. The rockets have HEAT-MP projectiles and are absolutely deadly against practically any target, but especially against those without composite armor. On the downside, the rockets are unguided and quite inaccurate. This vehicle is not for the faint of heart!
