Between May 20 and May 27, 2021, the following items will be available:
Kornet-D1
The Kornet-D1 Tank Destroyer was one of the proposed variants for the BMD-4M chassis. As a dedicated tank hunter, it was supposed to be armed with two Kornet ATGM quad launchers, providing the Russian Airborne forces with long-range tank-killing capabilities. The project was launched in 2013 but the vehicle never reached the prototype stage with the program likely being canceled in 2018. You can read more about it in our dedicated article.

In Armored Warfare, the Kornet-D1 is a Tier 10 Premium Tank Destroyer and a tracked counterpart to the wheeled Kornet-EM progression vehicle. It is only lightly armed but also very stealthy and its lack of vision range is compensated by the ability to deploy a Sniper. Additionally, when configured properly, the vehicle is capable of launching two missiles at once, making it incredibly deadly against any target, especially at long ranges.

This vehicle is available via Loot Crates, which drop Kornet-D1 parts. Collect 100 Kornet-D1 parts from these Loot Crates to assemble the whole vehicle.
Battle-Hardened Bundles
For today’s offer, we’ve prepared a series of Battle-Hardened bundles for a number of Tank Destroyers. These discounted bundles contain Gold as well as the Battle-Hardened status, which will turn your Progression vehicle into a semi-Premium one by increasing its Credit income, Experience income, and by improving its matchmaking quality so that you meet lower Tier opponents in battle than usual, much like Premium vehicles do.

The discounted Battle-Hardened bundles are available for the following vehicles:
 • T-15 Armata Tier 10 TD (50% discount)
 • Wilk XC-8 Tier 10 TD (50% discount)
 • BMPT-72 Tier 9 TD (45% discount)
 • B1 Draco Tier 9 TD (45% discount)
 • Centauro 120 Tier 9 TD (45% discount)
 • ST1 Tier 8 TD (35% discount)
 • Ramka-99 Tier 8 TD (35% discount)
 • Sprut-SD Tier 8 TD (35% discount)
 • M1128 Stryker Tier 8 TD (35% discount)

Please note that if you do not own the vehicle in question, you will receive the Battle Hardened status price in Gold instead.
XM247
The XM247 Sergeant York was one of the American attempts to build an equivalent to the Russian ZSU-23-4 Shilka. Born from the DIVAD program, it was supposed to be a potent self-propelled anti-aircraft gun, armed with two 40mm Bofors cannons. Instead, it became one of the most infamous failed projects and a study case of corruption within the American military-industrial complex. However, it’s worth noting that none of its real-life flaws translate to its Armored Warfare version. You can learn more about it in our dedicated article.

In Armored Warfare, the XM247 is a Tier 5 Premium Armored Fighting Vehicle and one of the most effective fighting machines of its Tier. A combination of high 40mm autocannon damage output and PELE ammunition allows it under the right circumstances to dish out the amounts of punishment few other vehicles can even come close to.
QN-506
The QN-506 fire support vehicle is a Chinese attempt to design a cheap, export-oriented alternative to the Russian BMPT series. Instead of converting a second or third generation MBT, the engineers at Wuhan Guide Infrared Co., Ltd., likely to keep the vehicle as affordable as possible, opted to base their project on the Type 59 MBT, which is, in its basic form anyway, a copy of the old Soviet T-55 medium tank from the late 1950s. They jam-packed it with cutting edge electronics and a number of weapon systems, including ATGMs, an automatic cannon or smaller caliber rockets. However, despite the use of an unmanned turret, the protection levels of this vehicle are still quite low and, so far, there haven’t been any signs of interest in the QN-506. You can learn more about this vehicle in our dedicated article.

[previewyoutube][/previewyoutube]

In Armored Warfare, the QN-506 is a Premium Tier 9 Tank Destroyer that gameplay-wise resembles the popular BMPT series. However, unlike the Russian Terminators, it has a number of interesting features including tree different weapon systems (30mm cannon, 70mm unguided rockets and 151mm ATGMs) and loitering recon ammunition flying towards the end of a map and spotting everything in its path. The last ability is unique to the QN-506 and makes it one of the most potent support vehicles on the battlefield.
Abrams AGDS
The Abrams AGDS (Armored Ground Defense System) was a vehicle concept and proposal, drafted in July 1996 by Dr. Asher H. Sharoni (a former colonel in the Israeli Defense Forces) and Lawrence D. Bacon from a Californian company called Western Design Howden. It was supposed to be an air-defense vehicle, protecting the Abrams formations against flying threats, although its weaponry can be deployed against ground targets as well. The United States were, at the time, sorely lacking a vehicle comparable to the Russian Shilka and one of the ideas was to use the Abrams chassis paired with a new turret to produce an armored AA gun that would be able to keep up with the American tank units. This plan was never realized and the vehicle stayed only on paper but you can play the Abrams AGDS in Armored Warfare and experience what it would have been like, had it ever been deployed.

In Armored Warfare, the Abrams AGDS is a very unique Tier 9 Premium Tank Destroyer. What makes it so special are its two large guided missile launchers capable of firing an incredibly devastating volley within seconds. The AGDS can devastate practically every opponent on the battlefield with a single salvo, making it one of the best and most effective mid-to-long range vehicles in the game. At close ranges, it can rely on excellent frontal turret protection and its two 35mm autocannons to keep enemies at bay until the missile launcher reloads to unleash another deadly swarm of missiles. The Abrams AGDS is one of the most feared vehicles in Armored Warfare!
Leclerc T40
Sometimes called the French Terminator, this vehicle was designed on the Leclerc MBT chassis with one purpose in mind – to accompany tanks and fight off infantry attacks the same way as the Russian BMPT series does. You can read more about it in our dedicated article.

In Armored Warfare, the Leclerc T40 is a Tier 9 Premium Tank Destroyer. It offers you a combination of a durable hull, rapid-fire 40mm automatic cannon and, most importantly, the Javelin missile system. Simply right-click the target, wait until it becomes locket and fire the Javelin ATGM – it will home itself on the target, attacking its weak roof armor. Thanks to this ability, the Leclerc T40 is one of the most destructive vehicles in the game.
AMX-10 RCR
The AMX 10 RCR is the updated variant of the French AMX 10 RC fire support vehicle by GIAT, originally developed in the early 1980s. This light and nimble wheeled 6x6 AFV was armed with a 105mm gun, allowing it to knock out even armored targets at considerable distances. Over 200 of these aging vehicles were upgraded by Nexter in 2010 with improved armor and electronics, enabling them to fulfill modern battlefield tasks until their eventual replacement by the Jaguar. You can learn more about its history in our dedicated article!

In Armored Warfare, the AMX 10 RCR is a Tier 8 wheeled Premium Tank Destroyer. It’s incredibly agile with its wheeled chassis allowing it to outrun pretty much any enemy on the battlefield save for the fastest AFVs. Its gun accuracy is also top notch, making this vehicle perfect for sniper-style gameplay as its thin armor can’t protect it against enemy shells at close distances. This vehicle also comes with the Hydraulic Suspension active ability.
PTZ-89
Lacking any advanced main battle tanks in the 1980s as well as proper funding, China resorted to more creative means to destroy enemy MBTs, including gun-equipped tank destroyers. The PTZ-89, or Type 89, is one such vehicle. It was developed in the 1980s, but was only ever produced in small numbers. It was armed with an indigenous 120mm smoothbore gun with loading assistant. Its firepower was judged to be inferior to the Soviet 125mm smoothbore and the caliber was discontinued in the 1990s along with the production of this vehicle.

In Armored Warfare, the PTZ-89 Tier 7 Premium Tank Destroyer is an excellent tracked sniper. What it lacks in armor, it more than makes up for in its firepower, delivering lethal blows at long distances. It is quite mobile and easy to operate, a perfect addition for any vehicle collection.
Apocalypse Treasure Trove
Today, we have a special offer for you. A veritable treasure trove of 10.000 Gold awaits you at a discounted price.

Please note that this item can only be purchased once per user. You can find out more about Gold and its uses in our dedicated article.

We hope that you will enjoy the offer and, as always:

See you on the battlefield!

Maintenance - May 20

On the 20th of May 2021, starting from 8:00 CEST (19th of May, 11 PM PDT), the server will not be available for 4 hours due to the application of Update 0.35.8115
List of Update 0.35.8115 Changes
Kornet-D1

In this update, we are introducing the Kornet-D1 Tier 10 Premium Tank Destroyer. The Kornet-D1 is a dedicated tank hunter armed with two quad Kornet launchers with the option to fire two missiles at once when configured properly. You can read more about the vehicle in our dedicated article.

Dossier Changes

We’ve updated the Dossier mechanism so that when your own Dossier is visible to other players, you can also view the open Dossiers of other players. However, if you decide to close your Dossier and thus make it invisible to other players, you cannot see any Dossiers of other players, even if they are set to open.

General Changes
 • Fixed an issue where HE shells hitting an unmanned turret would sometimes deal more damage upon non-penetration than upon an actual penetration
 • Self-guiding missiles and top-down missiles(including the Javelins) can now properly shoot down flying targets
 • Fixed an issue where progression vehicles would sometimes get an incorrect (too high) amount of XP in battle
 • Fixed an issue where an incorrect First Victory of the Day multiplier (x0) would sometimes appear in match results
 • The First Victory of the Day indicator on the main Results screen now shows all the bonuses correctly
 • Added the separate Wheels/Tracks module to the Upgrade screen of Kornet-EM and AMX-13 DCA
 • RST-V Shadow can now use a machinegun
 • T-90A Burlak: Fixed the turret ring model by adding an armored collar to cover the weakspot
 • Type 10: Fixed the Upgrade UI of this vehicle so that the tracks now correctly display their bonuses and mobility properties (this does not change the actual performance of this vehicle)
 • River Point: Fixed the appearance of both bases
 • Added several new vehicles (Type 10, Object 195 and CATTB) to the list of 1-day temporary vehicle drops
 • Fixed Ophelia Kitescu’s shield skill description
 • Fixed an issue where flying enemy vehicles remained locked even if not being visible to the player
 • Adjusted the Czechoslovak Green color to a more realistic shade
 • Fixed some minor visual model issues on multiple vehicles

In Development: Northern Wind Battle Path

Commanders!

In late June, we’ll be launching Update 0.36 with a number of new features, but few will be as prominent as the next Battle Path that we are calling Northern Wind.

As you might have guessed from the name, this Battle Path is bringing several long-awaited Scandinavian vehicles to the game along with some epic Viking-themed skins and, of course, other awesome prizes.

Mechanics-wise, the Northern Wind Battle Path will be similar to the previous one. Once you acquire access to the campaign (the price remains the same), you’ll be earning Battle Coins and spending them on Battle Path progress. Battle Coins will be earned either by just playing or by completing missions. Four mission sets along with repeatable daily Battle Coin Missions and Challenges will be available like the last time. And, of course, the popular Battle Coin Shop feature will be making a re-appearance.

But let’s take a look at what you all are waiting for, the vehicles. Four vehicles will be available in this Battle Path – that’s one less than the last time, but they will definitely be worth your time.

CV90105 TML – this Swedish Tier 7 Premium Light Tank is the first reward vehicle of the Battle Patch, obtainable, like before, via the Level progression, specifically by reaching Level 20. It consists of a modified CV90 hull and the French 105mm-armed turret by GIAT. It was a prototype from the 1990s and one of the first attempts to convert the CV90 IFV into a fire support vehicle.

CV90 Mk.IV – it wouldn’t be a proper Scandinavian Battle Path without the latest iteration of the CV90 IFV. This Tier 8 Premium Armored Fighting Vehicle will be extremely versatile, featuring an autocannon capable of continuous fire, Spike guided missiles and the ability to deploy Mechanized Infantry. When it comes to fire support, few vehicles will be able to match it. This vehicle will be available for reaching Level 30.

Stridsvagn 2000 – what other vehicle could be the ultimate Battle Path prize than the Swedish Stridsvagn 2000 Tier 10 Premium Main Battle Tank from the early 1990s. This beast was designed to take on anything the Soviets could develop and field and, for its time, it was as overpowered as it was expensive. Even though the project was terminated following the collapse of the Soviet Union, you’ll have the opportunity to experience its might in Armored Warfare. Our Strv 2000 will be based on the T 140/40 concept and yes, it comes with a combination of a 140mm smoothbore gun and a 40mm Bofors autocannon. This vehicle will be available for reaching Level 50.

Additionally, there will be one more vehicle that will be obtainable by collecting its blueprint parts in the Battle Coin Shop. This vehicle will be:

CV90120 Ghost – this Tier 9 Premium Light Tank was developed as a demonstrator for the ADAPTIV camouflage technology, making it effectively invisible in the IR spectrum. Accordingly, it will be a rather stealthy Light Tank with multiple interesting modules and we’ll tell you more about it in the near future.

Aside from these prizes, four epic Jomsviking skins will be available, cladding your tanks into a suit of ring mail with shields and other items typically associated with Vikings hanging from their sides. Unlike before, however, these skins will not only be available for the Battle Path vehicles. Instead, we’ve chosen the following machines to bear the honor of becoming modern day Viking Drakkars:
 • TTB Tier 9 Main Battle Tank
 • Griffin 50mm Tier 8 Armored Fighting Vehicle
 • Leopard 2 Tier 7 Main Battle Tank
 • Strv 2000 Tier 10 Tier 10 Premium Main Battle Tank

These skins will be available as rewards for the core Battle Path Level progression. There will also be a camouflage available for completing the three basic mission chains as usual, a Viking avatar and much more.

Other than that, the event’s objectives and entry price will be the same as the last time. The Echoes of War Battle Path proved to be popular enough to warrant keeping things as they were, with some smaller tweaks.

We hope that you will enjoy this event and, as always:

See you on the battlefield!

Alisa Korhonen Trailer

Commanders!

Alisa Korhonen hails from southern Finland. She was born in Espoo (near Helsinki) in a family of a neurosurgeon and followed in her father’s footsteps by becoming doctor. When her father was lost on a humanitarian mission in the Middle East, Alisa enlisted in the ISD and went looking for him, only to have discovered him to be murdered by terrorists. Vowing revenge, she joined local tribes to battle the warlord menace.

[previewyoutube][/previewyoutube]

In Armored Warfare, Alisa Korhonen has a special Basic Skill called Mysterious Stranger. Whenever a vehicle commanded by Alisa damages an enemy vehicle, there is a chance that her mysterious ally from off the map will fire a guided missile that will swoop in from above and hit the same enemy. Another very useful skill of hers is the ability to increase the amount of ammunition carried per vehicle. You can read more about her in a dedicated article.

Alisa Korhonen is now available as a part of the Commander Loot Crate:
