The Middle East and North Africa are the eternal battleground between the forces of the West and the East. We’ve prepared a special event with you, featuring Tales from the Dark Battle Coins and epic camouflages.



This event is available until September 1, 2024 and its rules are very simple.

You can participate simply by destroying 5 enemy vehicles in PvE (or 1 in PvP) every day (while driving a Tier 3 vehicle or higher) in order to receive a reward.

And what rewards are there? Aside from whopping 20000 bonus Battle Coins, you’ll receive 5 camouflages from Middle-Eastern and North-African countries, 4 decals and 2 flags, including:

Real-life Iraqi camouflage seen in 2018 on Russian vehicles used by the Iraqi army:

Please note:

• This event may run concurrently with other events and is available to all players
  
• You may only complete one objective per day
  
• The event starts on August 1, 2024 and ends on September 1, 2024

Tales from the Dark Battle Path Fixes

In this update, we are correcting several issues of the Tales from the Dark Battle Path and its vehicles:

• Two Elite missions (Destruction, Death to the Enemy) now have the correct requirements
  
• BMP-2M: Removed the Volnorez module until the jamming ability’s proper introduction
  
• BMP-2M: Minor model fixes
  
• BTR-82A: Removed the Volnorez module until the jamming ability’s proper introduction
  
• BTR-82A: Minor model fixes
  
• T-90M: Returned the missing APFSDS icons
  

Additional Vehicle Fixes and Updates

With each patch we continue (and will continue) to update vehicles based on your feedback and fix them. In this update, we have the following changes for you:

• AbramsX: Returned the missing APFSDS icons
  
• M1A2C: Fixed the War Pig skin
  
• M8-120 Thunderbolt II: Turret-mounted Browning machinegun now uses the correct damage and penetration values as befitting the 12.7mm caliber
  

General Changes

• Fixed an issue where, under some circumstances, the icons of a gun clip would not appear correctly in the battle UI
  
• Fixed several localization issues
  
• Fixed an issue causing some rare crashes
  
• Added a number of assets

At long last, we’d like to tell you more about the second part of the Black Company Special Operation series called Lone Star.

Now, we know it has been a while since the introduction of the previous and are excited to show you the next chapter in the history of Joshua Seagrove and Kathryn Grey.



The mission begins pretty much where Rate of Decay left off – our heroes have reached Port Houston, a city occupied by Clayburn Industries. Andrew Clayburn left for Europe to take care of business in Britain and left Sebastian Grimm in charge of the operations. The plan is simple – hijack a ship to escape the corporation-occupied United States of America and to slip out of Clayburn’s grasp once more.



There, they enlist the help of Alan “Judge” Price, an old-school lawman fighting the corporate overlords alongside a rag-tag band of resistance fighters. But Judge’s help doesn’t come for free. In return, the former Seahawks need to help him liberate a prisoner camp where those unfortunate enough to get captured by Clayburn are left to languish, both as prisoners and as hostages. And their time is running out...



This Special Operation is an urban one and one of our largest to date. Port Houston is a sprawling city with both narrow streets and open areas near the port area. Street fighting at close ranges will be relatively common and, at times, you’ll be fighting your way through narrow corridors, which calls for the heaviest and best-protected vehicles your team can muster.



















As is typical for Special Operations, this mission will take more time to complete than your usual PvE operation and careful coordination of forces will be required. But we do have another set of epic rewards for you, from a Cowboy avatar to a new camouflage called Lone Star.
