Patch Notes for March 9th, 2026
[p] [/p]
Quality of Life
[p] [/p]
- [p]Folder Reset to Default — Library and cache folder paths can now be reset to their defaults with one click in Settings. [/p]
- [p]Collection Type Badges — Grid cards now show an always-visible icon badge indicating whether a collection is a folder, tag, or custom type [/p]
- [p]Tag Collection Delete — Tag collections can now be deleted from the sidebar (the tag itself
and file associations are preserved).[/p] - [p]Ability to Rename Collections in Media Library— Originally you could rename Collections in the collections panel on the layout preview screen. Now you can also rename collections in the Media Library. Does not apply to collections created by Tag. [/p]
- [p]Grid Hover Button Layout Improvements [/p]
- [p]Broken Image Fix — Images that fail to generate thumbnails now show a "Preview not
available" placeholder instead of a broken icon. This is a way to support edge cases, for example old BMP files encoded a certain ways are not able to generate previews, but the assets can be viewed in the image gallery. In the past these were excluded from the image gallery, but now they will show in the gallery when possible.

- [p]Analytics Cleanup — Deleted playlists and tags no longer appear in analytics charts [/p]
- [p]Chart View Alternatives — Analytics sections now offer a chart type switcher — choose
between donut, horizontal bar, or treemap views. Preferences are saved automatically
[/p]
- [p]Playlist Ghost Fix — Fixed a bug where deleted collections could persist as ghost entries
in playlists across app restarts
