Europe: from August 27, 8:00 (CEST) to September 2, 23:00 (CEST)
North America: from August 27, 8:00 (PT) / 11:00 (ET) to September 2, 23:00 (PT) / September 3, 2:00 (ET)
Asia: from August 27, 8:00 (UTC+8) to September 2, 23:00 (UTC+8)

Every night, Uprising becomes temporarily unavailable:
CIS: from 2:00 (MSK) to 8:00 (MSK)
Europe: from 2:00 (CEST) to 8:00 (CEST)
North America: from 23:00 (PT) / 2:00 (ET) to 8:00 (PT) / 11:00 (ET)
