My goal is to deliver a tight, "cozy but cursed" mini-metroidvania, and your support tells me we’re on the right track.[/p][p]Can we get to 300? [/p][p]For those just joining the descent: The Legend of Chalkvania is a darkly playful, 1-bit action-adventure where you’ll explore a cursed world, battle questionable monsters, and slowly realize you probably should’ve woken up earlier.[/p][p]What to expect in this cursed world:[/p]

• [p]Classic Metroidvania Progression: Explore a non-linear, interconnected world where new abilities and items unlock previously unreachable areas.[/p]
• [p]Crisp 2D Platforming: Fast-paced exploration and tight controls inspired by retro 1-bit classics.[/p]
• [p]RPG-Lite Systems: Customize your run with gear, core stats, and plenty of "questionable" decisions.[/p]
• [p]Atmospheric World-Building: Meet strange characters (some alive, some… less so) in a handcrafted world full of secrets and shortcuts.[/p]
