Whirligig 4.0 Pre default release beta release.

I've just uploaded a pre default release. This is in effect the version that will be released tomorrow. I've uploaded it today for testing and to give it a thorough going over before I release it as the default. If you're one of the die hard fans that follow the betas and run into any issue before tomorrow please let me know.
The only changes between this and the release tomorrow are the fixing of any bugs or issue I come across. find a list below of the changes since the last default release. I will be doing a much better and in depth news report on all the features tomorrow will hopefully the addition of youtube tutorials and images etc.

- Horizontal and vertical lock on scrollbars and slider for mouse support.
- Updated Unity3D, AVpro video plugin and Oculus SDK.
- Added 4 Shortcut saves to the explorer.
- Changed the way the dropdowns work in the inputs menu so they don't glitch so much and a full length menu.
- Added the ability to set Mark In and Mark Out and delete markers. This can be set in the inputs menu and allows you to loop regions.
- Updated overall look of the several menus.
- Updated the save/load option so it's part of the new UI menu.
- Added two new Oculus controller skins.
- Speed controls.Under setting you can now change the video playback speed. This resets on loading of videos.
- Add the ability to reposition the screen directly in front of you. Good for watching in bed and quickly resetting the location. This is under settings/general Glue Projection.
- Remember the scroll location of the explorer between open and closing it.
- Add default setup button to the Oculus and Vive controllers menu.
- Previous and next should mirror the option for list by date or alphabet in the explorer.
-Added option to have videos play on load.
-Added an option to have the next video in the folder play automatically once the previous one ends.
-Added suppress load settings, play media on load and auto play next media.
