Bigscreen Beta (v0.91.4): Black screen on launch various bug fixes!

A new update was just pushed! It contains several small fixes and an important one where some users were unable to launch Bigscreen properly:
We forgot to mention this in the previous update, but if you haven't figured it out yet, Distraction Free Mode will hide popcorn, paint, some user-movement sounds, and the newly implemented voice indicator icon. You can find this option under Settings > Multiplayer > Distraction Free Mode:

- Fixed a few missing icons
- Fixed a black screen on launch
- Voice indicator improvements
- Blocked user's popcorn should not be visible anymore
