Bigscreen v103: Black Screen Fix for Rift S
Hey everyone,
Just pushed an update for Rift S users who were seeing black screens when they hop into our TV channels. However, you may still need to restart your Oculus service when it comes to 2D movie rentals and events.
Here's how you can restart your Oculus service:
Please try restarting your Oculus service by going to the Settings > Beta tab in your Oculus app, restarting Oculus from there, and then starting up Bigscreen again.
If this doesn't work, you can also try to open up the Stream Cam from the tool section of the menu, change the camera to a different angle, then hit reset and then close it.
