This video demos a few new features I added this past week to the upcoming free update to EmergeNYC which introduces wildfires to the game. Smoke jumpers parachuting down into the fire, a new helicopter, drafting water from the lake, cutting trees to stop the fire from advancing, optimizations, wind dynamic, fire spreading to nearby structures, and new smoke effects.
