0.8.3H is Live! Lots of more bug fixes

Tonight's Changelog is pretty lengthy, I just want to advise everyone that we cannot guarantee that all of these fixes are 100% resolved, however everything listed is stuff I spent hours fixing and I hope my changes did fix them but I am unable to test everything on my own, so if any of these fixes are not 100% working, let me know so I can revise over the issue again. The things that still need work ill pick back up on tomorrow morning. Thanks for staying patient guys!

Update 0.8.3D is Live! Lots of Fixes & Changes

Hotfix 0.8.3D is Live with lots of fixes and changes including the reintroduction of the Fire Academy map with optimizations meaning it should run much smoother! Full change log below.

Highlights

Fire Academy Map readded with many new optimizations to run smoother
Added real life pictures in each firehouse of the companies

Critical Fixes

Redesigned the Emergency System (This should hopefully fix the problem some people have been having forcing calls)
Volumetric Clouds are off by default now (To save lower specs performance & prevent DX12 users from running into the black glitch)
Redesigned the cool down option for the Emergencies to work as intended (Cool down will only last until the emergency is fully loaded to prevent anything from breaking the loop)
All fire victims and roofs will be deleted when their respective emergency is cleared (This should fix the issue when you try to carry a character and they float in the air in place)
First Person Camera when driving will now face forward by default (No need to adjust it every time)
Fixed some sirens would be muted when pressing H
Fixed the Key binding menu being behind other UI causing trouble accessing it

Multiplayer

Added important information/rules for multiplayer games in the lobby to help avoid players running into issues in Multiplayer
Once a server starts, it should no longer be visible in the lobby search (To prevent the unavoidable lag and unsynchronized issues of joining a lobby in progress)
Fixed PASS Alarm going off while driving in Multiplayer
Added a refresh of the roles menu every 3 seconds (This should fix roles not being cleared when leaving or switching roles)

Changes

Added a pop out option to the Unit Spawn menu for those reporting its too small and unreadable, it will move it to the middle of the screen and scale it up to make it much more legible
When Forcing a call or clearing a call it should reset all the automatic alarms on the map each time
Added SCBA Refill option on Rescue and Engine Companies
Added VOIP Tab in control settings menu to change key bindings for VOIP
Made the Deck gun and Tower Ladder streams much more defined and reach further for long distance spraying
Fixed a bugged fire in the Laundromat that could not be put out
The traffic setting in the menu now says on by default instead of off when really it was on
Removed physics of 222 Kitchen table to allow the player to sit at table
Lowered the distance that Rescue tones could be heard from

Visual Fixes

Fixed some houses disappearing when clearing a call
Fixed roofs/ceilings falling to the ground when
Fixed the missing front doors on the large vacant multiple dwellings
Added some visible boundaries to the edge of the map (Temporary until we decide what to do with the edge of the map)

Houses will not disappear when clearing emergencies
Removed a parked car that had no tires, only rims

Fixed the textures on the LOD of the fire engines to show the proper unit numbers from a distance instead of Manhattan units

Critical Fixes

Fixed an issue where Audio couldn’t be heard unless you were immediately next to the source

Fixed an emergency that was breaking the cycle (Need testing to see if this fixes the forcing emergencies issue)

Multiplayer

Fixed an issue where most server lobbies would disappear from the list after a few seconds

Synced Ceilings being pulled

Changes

Changed the modifier key to bring outriggers up on ladder trucks to alt instead of ctrl to avoid the radial menu opening

Made the cameras lock when entering a youtube video link on the TV

Camera will not switch to first person when pressing ctrl+v to paste a link

Fixed the Upside down flag inside 222’s firehouse

Added more blinds to 222’s firehouse
