Friends, as many know, there is not much left until the release of The Light Remake. The moment is very exciting and every time for the developer it is a special day on the calendar.

My previous projects were supplemented by content in the form of a free soundtrack. Now the soundtrack will be available already at the start. The composer is Dmitry Nikolaev, who presented in 2016 gorgeous meditative music to the "35MM". In my opinion, OST for the new "Light" is beautiful and bewitching, and most importantly - it matches the style of the original. So you can always support the author by buying an official DLC for a small price.

Hello! A lot of time has passed since the release of 35MM, but the topic is post-apocalypse, disasters to this day remains relevant. Especially now.

It’s pleasant for the developer when the virtual world he creates acquires life in a different form. Often games become something big, fan art is drawn from them, stories, poems are written, films are made, etc. However, I had no serious expectations about this. I did not think that the story of 35MM could for example be transformed into a book.



But today, under the authorship of Vitaly Pryadein, a book based on 35MM was published! The work carefully transfers the history and design of the project into a text format, complementing the narrative with interesting details, new plot elements and thoughts about life, death and morality. I did not take part directly in the writing process, but I actively advised. Also, the book includes my interview about creativity, development and a little about life.

Unfortunately, the book is only in Russian, but I just could not keep this news secret.
And sorry for the errors in the text! :)

Hello everyone! Some people know that I am working on the remake of my first project The Light , which was released in 2012. It was the debut game that started my journey into the world of gamedev. Development is nearing completion. Much needs to be fix, finalized, tuned. The forecasts are optimistic, but as always, there may be some nuances.

I would like to separately thank the composer Dmitry Nikolaev (we already worked with him on the 35MM game) for writing tracks for the remake of The Light. Work on the music has been completed and I am pleased with the results!
