• [p]Skill-based matchmaking: Play with and against players near your skill level.[/p]
• [p]Visible ratings: Used for matchmaking and bragging rights.[/p]
• [p]Event Points (EP) leaderboard: Gain EP by winning games. Harder opponents earn you more EP. Additionally, +3 EP each game, so play as much as you can to climb.[/p]

  • [p]Top 10 finish: 25,000 Essence[/p]
  • [p]Top 100 finish: 15,000 Essence[/p]
  • [p]Top 1,000 finish: 10,000 Essence[/p]

• [p]No more losing EP for losses[/p]
• [p]Starting EP: 100 --> 0[/p]
• [p]Not for this event, but going forward, 1v1 MMR will no longer reset if the previous 1v1 event occurred recently. This will improve matchmaking and give all players a fair chance to climb the EP leaderboard.[/p]
• [p]You can now view the EP leaderboard outside of the game on Drachbot![/p]
