Server Operations

Community staff can now perform a wide variety of server operations, like enabling safety mode, enabling backup matchmaker, moving servers from Europe to US (if Europe is down), and many other operations. This will allow server fires to be addressed by community staff, particularly when the dev team is unavailable.

Game Balance

Eco Strategy (only workers)
- No longer gives extra gold to the opposing team
- Now gives reduced leak gold to the eco player

Eco is in a bad balance spot where the eco player is rewarded and becomes the late game carry/hero, but at the expense of the team. The team has to adapt and cater to that player's strategy, which isn't fun.

These changes shift agency and power into the eco player's teammates.
