Lots more changes coming for v8.05 (in the next 1-2 weeks), but for now, a quick hotfix for Sovereign.

Sovereign
• Health: 6050 --> 6230 (3% increase)
• Now loses splash damage after 25 attacks at max mana. Now they should be a little less insane when catching leaks.

Fixes
• Fixed a bug where duo rating badges were incorrectly displayed
