[Notice] An error on item drop - 21th Jan, 2020

Hello everyone, this is Troubleshooter development team.

Below bugs have fixed.

• Fixed a bug that some dialogues of [ Beast Keeper ] were displayed wrong.
  
• Fixed a bug that the item drop rate was not applied properly when your unit equips mastery or item that can change drop rat
  
• Fixed a bug that a unit temporarily can't get buff effect of allies unit when the unit used [ Magical Armor ], [ Iron Wall ] or etc.
