Hotfix for Minor Bugs
[h3]The Chief has noticed a couple of pesky bugs around the precinct![/h3]
The latest hotfix will mean that The Precinct is now updated to Build 1.4.18177

- Fix for audio problems in dialogues
- Added mouse smoothing option in the settings. The default option for mouse smoothing is now OFF, but you can turn it ON in settings.
