Temporary Maintenance Actions Taken - Lifeguard Package Coin Exploit Abuse Issue
[p]Dear DFO Adventurers,[/p][p] [/p][p]This is the DFO Support Team.[/p][p]We would like to inform you of the actions taken through the temporary maintenance regarding the Lifeguard Package Coin Exploit Abuse Issue, which arose following the JUL 8 maintenance, as follows.[/p][p] [/p][hr][/hr][p]Actions Taken[/p][p]■ 1. Regarding Package Coin Exploit Abuse[/p]
- [p]Users who repeatedly utilized the Package Coin exploit abuse firsthand
→ Permanent Ban measures have been taken against the relevant accounts.[/p] - [p]Users who purchased/used items generated through Package Coin exploit abuse (Title Change Ticket/Box, Aura Change Ticket/Box, etc.)[/p]
- [p]Items still in the Inventory and Vault will be retrieved.[/p]
- [p]If item retrieval is not possible, the relevant users will be notified to replenish the exact amount of used items into their account by the JUL 22 maintenance.[/p]
- [p]Based on the point of retrieval, if items resulted from exploit abuse were purchased from the Auction Hall, the amount of Gold that pertains to the amount that was used in the purchase will be issued.[/p]
- [p]The type and number of items to be retrieved will be notified before the JUL 22 maintenance through individual Launcher Message and in-game mail.[/p]
- [p]If the items to be retrieved are not replenished in the relevant accounts by JUL 22, restrictive actions will be taken according to our Terms of Use and Community Rules.[/p]
- [p]Regarding accounts that were temporarily trade-banned in order to investigate the current issue,
the trade bans will be lifted sequentially following the temporary maintenance.[/p] - [p]However, accounts that do not have their trade bans lifted even after the maintenance are
accounts that require further investigation, and we ask for your kind understanding regarding this matter.[/p]
