Known Issues after AUG 18 Maintenance

Below are the known issues after the maintenance on AUG 18.
1. The Level-up Ticket (Lv. 1-99) item obtainable from the SMASH DOWN LIMIT event is described as account-bound in its tooltip.
- The Level-up Ticket (Lv. 1-99) is currently still Untradable, but will be fixed to account-bound after the SEP 1 maintenance.
