Notice Regarding Report Feature
Greeting Adventurers!
Please be informed that the in-game report feature will be available for use after the NOV 21 update.
This function is to be used for reporting inappropriate behavior only, which can be defined according to our Community Rules and as according to the categories shown within the report feature.
Abusing the report feature for any other reasons will be considered as punishable behavior itself, so we ask our Adventurers to use this feature sincerely and wisely.
Additionally, reporting incidents through support center tickets will still be available although we recommend utilizing the in-game feature for quicker responses.
The report feature can be accessed as follows.
1-1. Left-click on a character you see on-screen to access the report menu.
1-2. OR left-click on the IGN in chat to access the report menu.
2-1. Select your reason for reporting.
We hope this new addition will help in creating a healthier and more enjoyable DFO experience for all our Adventurers and encourage you to utilize it to its best extent.
