(Mostly things no one will notice but me...)

• Missing texture on injector in Mothership Spaceship Shop
  
• Jetpack was too loud
  
• Missing Alien Hyperdrive reflection image and shader malfunction
  
• Spaceship doors were too loud
  
• Spaceship doors would intersect walls in the hangar and storage rooms on ship
