Dear Unexplored-players!
We are proud to announce we are hard at work on Unexplored 2: the Wayfarer’s Legacy! The game was just revealed during the E3 PC Gaming Show, and we’re so stoked to be able to share this with you.

Unexplored 1 on Steam
We would like to thank everyone who bought and played Unexplored 1. There are more of you than we could have hoped for!
Having to turn our attention to Unexplored 2 means saying goodbye to its predecessor. We feel the current build of Unexplored is a solid one and provides hundreds of hours of gameplay. Yes, there is the occasional bug and a few players seem to be particular unlucky. For that we’re sorry, and we’re currently looking if it's feasible to create another update for Unexplored 1 on Steam.
Unexplored started it’s adventure, here, on Steam, back in 2016 when Steam Greenlight was still a thing. The game got green-lit in less than 11 days, which was exceptionally fast. We later launched Early Access, and that move paid off. Big time.
The amount and quality of feedback we received from early players proved to be invaluable. The game’s so, so much better off due to player feedback, that we never wanted to go without. That’s the main reason for going with FIG Open Access. Steam has become a bit crowded and FIG is offering a great opportunity that we wanted to seize upon.
We’re proud of the Game of the Year-mentions by PC Gamer, Rock Paper Shotgun and Vice.com. But most of all we’re proud we made a game that entertained tens of thousands of people, sometimes for hundreds or even thousands (!) of hours.
We hope to see you in Unexplored 2: The Wayfarer’s Legacy!
