Patch 0.4.2

Thank you for reporting the bugs from the last update, here's a small patch to address some of them. More patches coming next week to address the hoplite helmet bug and others.

Fixes:

Taekwando's kicks do damage again
The hole in the dynasty map is now empty again
The horse gets affected by ice-units
Stone throwers throw rocks again
