Update the test version (alpha) 4.5.5

► Ranks. Fixed a bug where the changes to the chat were not saved while editing. The bug was fixed when the color was rendered incorrectly from the rank. Changed the time format that would sort the list was correct
► Song request. Fixed bug where time could be incorrectly displayed
► New Alerts Designer. Minor changes, such as trigger conditions, alert type and so on.
