[Update] Update Note for 19th of February
Hello, Savers!
Before announcing contents for February, we would like to remind Savers about old Netgame accounts and rules of conduct.
Old Accounts
Accounts that had registered via Mgame USA require accepting user agreement provided by Netgame Inc. which is mandatory process to transfer member DB from Mgame USA to Netgame.
We define accounts that haven't agree Netgame user agreement as "inactive account" and these inactive accounts will soon be removed from Netgame database to manage the game server efficiently.
Therefore, we recommend all players to check if you have accounts created before 2017 and are available to lo-in via official website.
If account has problem related to verification/check-email, please send us a ticket via cs.soulsaveronline by March 1st, 2019.
Rules of Conduct
It seems that there are many players blocked from the server as victims of illegal gold trade.
Under Netgame policy, no Netgame staffs have responsibility of recovering loss caused by trading gold with real currency.
This is because it is impossible for us to find information such case and evidence may be easily manipulated by 3rd party.
This does not mean that we will restrict player trading items outside of game but those actionsmay be at your own risk.
