It is our honor to announce that user pool in the server has sharply increased.

However, a number of using 3rd party program users were detected by XignCode system last couple weeks.

SSO staffs will block players who use any programs modifying client files and bypass XignCode as of 27th of May.

Please make sure if any suspicious programs are removed from your PC before run SoulSaver.

In addition, we monitor many innocent players trading illegal gold via Social Network.

To eliminate and decrease the number of illegal gold trade, we kindly ask players to report gold sellers.
Once we find any illegal activity from them, we will ask responsibility for their foul actions.

Of course, we will send compensation to the users who reported it.

We apologize for March update being scheduled late.

But expecting that there had been enough time to have entertainment with the use of EXP event belt item among players.

We would like to announce updated due date for old account re-activation.

Old Accounts

Accounts that had registered via Mgame USA require accepting user agreement provided by Netgame Inc. which is a mandatory process to transfer member DB from Mgame USA to Netgame.
We define accounts that haven't agree on Netgame user agreement as "inactive account" and these inactive accounts will soon be removed from Netgame database to manage the game server efficiently.
Therefore, we recommend all players to check if you have accounts created before 2017 and are available to lo-in via the official website.

If an account has the problem related to verification/check-email, please send us a ticket via
cs.soulsaveronline by April 8th, 2019.
